Pension Fund of the Russian Federation

The pension fund of the Russian Federation (Russian Пенсионный фонд Российской Федерации ) is the name of the carrier of the statutory pension insurance in Russia and thus the counterpart to the German Pension Insurance in the Federal Republic of Germany. Since Russian pension benefits with the appropriate claim will be paid also to Russian citizens living abroad, also exist in Central Europe, many people who receive benefits from the Russian pension funds, such as Members of repatriates. The Russian rule in the pension age is 55 years for women and 60 years for men, may be lower in certain professions, however. The average pension paid by the Russian pension fund in 2008 was converted at about 130 euros, the minimum pension at about 60 euros per month.
