People are Funny

People are Funny was a long-standing American game show, which was developed by John Guedel ( 1913-2001 ).

On April 10, 1942 NBC People are Funny broadcast for the first time in her radio program. Host of the show was Art Baker. On October 1, 1943 Art Linkletter took over the show. The radio show was so successful that under the same title in 1946 came a musical to the movies. With Linkletter as a moderator, the game show was taken over by television in 1954, where it ran until April 1, 1960.
