Pepi Bader

At the Olympic Games in Grenoble 1968 Horst Floth and Pepi Bader won the silver medal in two-man behind the Italians Eugenio Monti and Luciano de Paolis, both Bob had four runs to the hundredth of a second the same time, so decided the better last run on gold and silver. In the four-man won Eugenio Monti and his team, Horst Floth, Willi Schaefer, Frank Lange and Pepi Bader occupied the fifth place.

At the European Championship in 1970 won with Gianfranco Gaspari and Mario Armano again an Italian bobsleigh, behind Floth and Bader drove to second place. At the World Cup 1970 Floth and Bader won in the two- before the second German Bob Wolfgang Zimmerer and Peter Utzschneider. Before the contest, the four-man Stefan Gaisreiter precipitated from Bob and carpenter for him jumped a Pepi Bader. Carpenters, Walter Steinbauer, Bader and Utzschneider won the silver medal behind Nevio De Zordo and his team.

1971 won Floth and Bader at the European Championships in the two-, four-man, they won the bronze with Donat Ertel and Jan Thölke. The following year, won carpenters and Utzschneider at the European Championships in the two- front Floth and Bader. At the Olympic Games in Sapporo in 1972, the two German Bobs could repeat this success, carpenters and Utzschneider received gold, silver Floth and Bader. In the four-man Horst Floth, Donatella Ertel, Walter Gillik and Pepi Bader again occupied the fifth place.
