Perry River ( Kuugjuaq ) is a river in the Kitikmeot region of Nunavut Canadian territory.

It has its origin in the MacAlpine Lake. This it drains on its eastern shore in a northerly direction. Finally, it flows into the Chester Bay on the south coast of Queen Maud Gulf.

Previously there was a trading post of the Hudson's Bay Company at Perry River for some time.
