Perth Glory FC

The Perth Glory FC is an Australian football club from the West Australian capital Perth. The club was founded in 1996 plays its home games at Members Equity Stadium.

Yet at times the National Soccer League, in 2003 and 2004, the last game of this years league, the club located in the private ownership twice Australian national champion was. In its young history, the club could even twice, in 2000 and 2002, securing the runner-up.

Very popular was during his time at Glory 1999-2001 of the former East German team coach Bernd Stange.

The fans of Perth Glory use the club logo of the German Bundesliga club Hannover 96 on their own flags, but anststatt in green in violet color. Thus, they play on the founding year of the association and press a role model from the German football culture has for them.
