Pescetarianism

Pescetarismus ( from Latin piscis and from the Italian pesce both fish ) is a diet, at the same warm on eating the flesh of animals, but is not waived fish.

The word is a neologism, which according to Merriam- Webster's English Dictionary was first published in 1993.

Individual Pescetarier consume more animal foods such as eggs, milk and honey and use animal by-products such as leather, wool or down feathers. Various special forms, such as the avoidance of gelatin or lard, implies the Pescetarismus. Some Pescetarier eat crustaceans and molluscs.

Occasionally the Pescetarismus is regarded as a branch of vegetarianism or even confused with him. So the Pescetarismus is sometimes called lacto-ovo- Pesco - vegetarianism, ovo- lacto- vegetarianism Pisce or shortened as Pesco - vegetarianism ( Pesci - vegetarianism ) refers.
