Pessac

Pessac is a town in the French region of Aquitaine in the Gironde department with 58 743 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ). The city is located in the arrondissement of Bordeaux and forms two separate cantons, Canton Pessac -1 and Cantonese Pessac -2.

Geography

Pessac is located in the south-western suburb of Bordeaux. The community belongs to the community association Communauté Urbaine de Bordeaux and is accessible by tram and bus lines of the TBC.
