Petar Jelić

Petar Jelic ( born October 18, 1986 in Modriča ) is a from of Bosnia and Herzegovina football player.

In the 2005/06 season playing for the Bosnian first division side FK Jelic Modriča Maxima and was with 19 goals scorer.

On 26 May 2006 he celebrated 20 years with his debut in the national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina in a friendly match against South Korea. Previously, he had already been a regular player and captain in the Under-21s in his country.

In 2006 he became the Bundesliga 1.FC Nuremberg until 2009 obliged, but once borrowed for the 2006/07 season to FC Carl Zeiss Jena, but could not prevail there and returned to the first round back to the 1st FC Nuremberg. Without League insert for the "club", he moved in August 2007 to the Serbian first division side OFK Belgrade.

His father Milan Jelic was 2006-2007 President of the Republika Srpska entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
