Peter Bialobrzeski

Bialobrzeski (* 1961 in Wolfsburg, Germany ) is a photographer and professor at the University of the Arts Bremen.

Life

After graduating from the Theodor -Heuss -Gymnasium in Wolfsburg, he studied politics and sociology. He then studied in Communication Design with an emphasis in photography at the University of Essen and at the London College of Printing, now the London College of Communication.

Since 1989, his photographic work has been published in major international magazines and journals, GEO Germany to the Korean GEO to the New York Times. Since 1994 he is member of the Independent Agency laif in Cologne. Since 2002 he is Professor of Photography at the University of the Arts Bremen.

Gained fame with his exhibition Bialobrzeski Neon Tigers with photographic work about rising cities in Asia.
