Peter Dyneley

Peter Dyneley ( born April 13, 1921 in Hastings, † August 19 1977 in London) was a British actor and voice actor. He was known in his home country and the United States primarily for his voice, which he gave in the television series and films to Thunderbirds of the main character " Jeff Tracy ".

Life

Dyneley spent his youth in Canada, where he also served during World War II in the Navy. After the war, he studied acting at the London " Guildhall School of Music and Drama ." He mainly played stage productions; on Broadway for the first time in October 1952 in "The Millionairess ", often next to his wife Jane Hylton, but he was also seen in supporting roles of feature films and television series, with him his language skills - in addition to English he spoke French, German and Spanish - benefited. He was a guest star in many popular series of the 1960s and 1970s, the force Mystery Theatre about The Saint to Ghost Squad, Ivanhoe to The Sweeney.

Dyneley died at a relatively young age from cancer.
