Peter Koppes

Peter Koppes ( born November 21, 1955) is an Australian guitarist and songwriter.

He began as a drummer and pianist, but soon switched to guitar. In the early seventies, he played in various bands, where he met songwriter Steve Kilbey, with whom he founded The Church in 1980.

In addition to his work with The Church he released solo albums and has participated in numerous collaborations with.
