Peter Kreeft

Peter John Kreeft (* 1931) is an American philosopher and theologian.

Grew up Calvinist, he later turned to Catholicism. He is known as an advocate ( " apologist " ) of Catholic Christianity.

Kreeft received his Bachelor of Arts in 1959 at Calvin College in Grand Rapids ( Michigan) and 1961 his Master of Arts degree from Fordham University, where he received his doctorate in 1965.

He is professor of philosophy at Boston College and at King's College in New York City and author of several books.
