Peter Kruse

Peter Kruse ( born January 30, 1955 in Osnabrück ) is a German psychologist, business consultant and is honorary Professor of Education and Organizational Psychology at the University of Bremen.

Life

Kruse studied from 1976 to 1981 in Münster and Bremen, psychology, medicine and biology. In 1984 he received a doctorate in psychology with a grade of summa cum laude. From 1979 to 1980 and from 1981 to 1982, he was promoted as a fellow of the Study Foundation of the German people. He then worked as a research associate, assistant and lecturer at the Universities of Bremen, Oldenburg and casting.

Services

He was appointed by the Senator for Education and Science of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen honorary professor in 2001.

Kruse was concerned with order -building processes in the human brain. His research was moving at the intersection of neurophysiology and experimental psychology. He conjoining the principles of self-organization and constructivism with the tradition of Gestalt theory.

Since 1995, Kruse has worked as a management consultant. In 2001 he founded the nextpractice GmbH, which specializes in strategic and practical support of cultural change as well as trend and future research. Kruse's consulting approach transmits findings of recent brain research and the theory of dynamical systems on business processes. Kruse 's idea and helped develop various computer-based management tools for innovative use of complexity and networking. The most important include the program system Next Moderator for moderation of large groups and the qualitative interview process nextexpertizer. It is a further development of the repertory grid technique of American psychologist George A. Kelly. Thus, it is possible to make qualitative assessments of several hundred respondents quantitatively comparable to solve the semantic problem. Kruse is the author of numerous writings on cognitive psychology, the theory of dynamical systems, constructivism and management theory.

Together with non-governmental organizations such as the Global Marshall Plan Initiative, the Bertelsmann Foundation, the Institute for Intercultural and International Studies ( InIIS ), the Eco-Social Forum Europe, inter alia, he has dealt intensively with new approaches to participation in political decision-making processes.

Kruse scientific as beraterisches work has won several awards. In 1994 he received the Berninghausen Award for Innovative Teaching. In 2004 he was honored with the Innovation Award of the SPD and working community self-employed (AGS ) in the SPD. The Computer Week named him in 2005 as "Germany's change management Pope." In 2009, it chose the "personal journal" for the third time ( 2005/2007/2009 ) in the list of 40 most influential people for human resources. The magazine " managerSeminare " named him 2008 " Germany's number one maverick ".
