Peter McParland

Peter McParland ( born April 25, 1934 in Newry (Northern Ireland) ) is a former Northern Irish football player.

He began his career at Dundalk. McParland won in 1957 with Aston Villa the final of the FA Cup and contributed with two goals in the victory. Overall, he joined 341 times for Aston Villa and scored 120 goals.

He also appeared for Northern Ireland at the FIFA World Cup 1958, scoring five goals there, who brought his team to the quarter- finals.

In total, he completed 34 internationals.
