Peter Selzer

Wolfgang Peter Selzer ( born June 25, 1946 in Torgau ) is a German track and field athlete and Olympic athlete who was successful as a walker in the 1960s and 1970s. In the 50 - km walk, he won three times in succession in 1966, 1969 and 1971 medals at the European Athletics Championships.

1966, 1967 and 1973 he was East German champion in the 50 km walk. Peter Selzer belonged to the SC Dynamo Berlin. In its competition time, he was 1.78 m tall and weighed 64 kg.
