Petre Popeangă

Petre Popeangă ( born May 19, 1944 in Leleşti, Romania ) is a Romanian politician and former Member of the European Parliament for the Partidul România Mare. In the wake of Romania's accession to the European Union, he was from January 1 to December 9, 2007 at the European Parliament, where he was a member of the group Identity, Tradition, Sovereignty. Within his group he held the position of Treasurer.
