Petrosino

Petrosino is a municipality in the province of Trapani in Sicily region of Italy with 7877 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012).

Petrosino located 46 kilometers south of Trapani. The inhabitants live mainly from agriculture. Crops grown fruit, vegetables and wine.

History

Petrosino was in 1980 declared an independent village. The territory of the present-day village extends to the places Marsala and Mazara del Vallo.
