PFC Oleksandriya

The PFK Olexandrija ( Ukr ПФК " Олександрія ") is a Ukrainian football club from the city Olexandrija.

History

The club was founded in 1991 as Polihraftechnika Olexandrija. 1992 debuted the team in the second highest Ukrainian League ( Perscha Liha ). In 2001, the team ( Premjer - Liha ) rose to the Ukrainian elite class. After two seasons in the Premjer - Liha the club went bankrupt. In 2003 it was renamed FK Olexandrija. The present club name borne by the club since 2004. During the same year, a new beginning in the third highest Ukrainian League ( Druha Liha ) was started. After two seasons the team rose to the second-class Perscha Liha in 2006. 2011, the Championship of Perscha Liha was recovered and managed the ascent related to the Premjer - Liha. After just one season in the Premjer - Liha and the 16th and last place of PFK Olexandrija 2012/13 plays in the Perscha Liha.
