Pharmacode

The Pharma Code is a barcode standard, which was positioned materially from the company Laetus in the market. It is used in the pharmaceutical industry for packaging control to be checked, eg the presence of leaflets. The good readability, even when there is insufficient pressure, allows a very high reading speed at the same time little misreadings. Unlike other types of bar codes parts of the pharmaceutical codes can be printed in different colors. With the Pharma Code only integers 3-131070 can be coded. He is not to be confused with the PZN, the Italian Pharma Code or the Swiss pharmaceutical code, the identification code or part numbers for drugs in the form of a Code 39 or one of its variations represent.
