Phil Brown (athlete)

Philip Brown ( Philip Andrew " Phil" Brown; born January 6, 1962 in Birmingham, England) is a former British sprinter who specialized track was the 400 -meter run.

He had his greatest success in the 4 x 400 - meter relay. At the Commonwealth Games he competed for England. His personal best of 45.26 s he put up in Antrim on 26 May 1985.
