The team was given to Philadelphia, where he played under the name Philadelphia Quakers. It was planned to bring the team after the construction of a new stadium back to Pittsburgh. However, after a poor season in 1930/31 presented to a playing mode. In the following five years, it was not possible to put together a suitable team, and after the stadium had smashed in Pittsburgh, Leonard in 1936 renounced his franchise.
