Philippe Washer

Philippe Washer ( born August 6, 1924 in Brussels ) is a former Belgian tennis player.

Life

Washer 1957 could reach the quarter-finals of the French Championships. In addition, he was 1945-1957 respectively nine times Belgian champion in singles and doubles, and two in mixed doubles.

In addition to numerous tournaments Washer denied especially numerous games for the Belgian Davis Cup team. Between 1949 and 1965 he took up to 40 matches and played a total of 102 games.
