Philtrum Press

Philtrum Press is a small American publisher based in Bangor ( Maine), which is operated by the writer Stephen King. At irregular intervals published philtrum Press works of King, mostly in the form of collectable and (usually) signed, numbered and limited edition single issues. The only issue that does not come from Stephen King, formerly of the novel, The Ideal, Genuine Man by Don Robertson was published.

So far, the following books have been published about philtrum Press:

• Stephen King, The Plant, 1982, 1983 and 1985, the first three parts of the ongoing story
• Stephen King, The Eyes of the Dragon, 1984, an illustrated edition of the novel in a limited edition of 1,250 pieces
• Don Robertson, The Ideal, Genuine Man, 1987
• Stephen King, Six Stories, 1997, 1100 numbered and signed copies, 900 of which sold to the public
• Stephen King, The New Lieutenant 's Rap, 1999, when a preliminary excerpt from the novel Atlantis
