The Phitsanulok Airport ( Thai: ท่าอากาศยาน พิษณุโลก; IATA: PHS, ICAO code: VTPP ) is a domestic airport on the southern outskirts of Phitsanulok, the capital of the province of Phitsanulok in the northern region of Thailand.

General

The airport consists of a reception building with a passenger boarding bridge. The new airport opened in 2005. In the reception building there are several small shops, cafes and switch from car rentals.

The airport has a paved runway and landing strip with a length of 3000 meters. There are parking facilities for two aircraft the size of a Boeing 737 or Airbus A300 and one ATR 72

Age airport and armed forces

The airport is operated until 2005 continued in downtown Phitsanulok and today is used almost exclusively by the Royal Thai Air Force. The Start-/Ladebahn is identical to the new.
