Pho Thale District

Amphoe Pho Thale ( Thai: อำเภอ โพทะเล ) is a district ( Amphoe - administrative district ) in the southwestern province of Phichit. The Phichit Province is located in the southern part of the northern region of Thailand.

Geography

Neighboring districts are ( from the northwest clockwise): Amphoe Bueng the rank Na, Bang Mun Nak Taphan Hin and the province of Phichit, and Chum Saeng, Kao Liao and Banphot Phisai of Nakhon Sawan.

History

The group was founded under the name Bang Khlan and in 1939 renamed Pho Thale.

Management

The circle is divided into eleven subdistricts (tambon ), which are further subdivided into 98 villages ( Muban ).

There are four small towns ( thesaban tambon) in the district:

  • Pho Thale ( Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล โพทะเล ), consisting of parts of the tambon same name,
  • Tha Sao ( Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล ท่า เสา ), consisting of parts of the tambon Tha Sao, Tha Khamin,
  • Thung Noi ( Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล ทุ่ง น้อย ), consisting of the entire Tambon Thung Noi,
  • Bang Khlan ( Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล บาง คลาน ), consisting of the whole tambon Bang Khlan.

In addition, there are nine " Tambon Administrative Organizations" ( TAO - administrative units ).

Note: The missing numbers refer to the Tambon, from which today the county Bueng Narang is.
