Phthalimidopropiophenon (specifically the α - derivative of the two structural isomers ) is a drug from the group of stimulants. It has a chiral center and is therefore chiral and structurally related to methcathinone.

Through its pharmacological properties, little is known. Probably Phthalimidopropiophenon is a prodrug which does not act stimulating, however, but its metabolites cathinone and phthalic acid.
