Physical strength

Power refers to the ability of the nerve-muscle system to overcome resistance by muscle contraction (concentric work) to counteract them ( eccentric work) or to keep them ( static work ). When these forces are indeed forces in the physical sense. A distinction is made between maximum strength, power, reactive power and power endurance. Physical force can be strengthened through training.
