Piazza De Ferrari (Genoa)

The Piazza de Ferrari is a square in the center of the Italian city of Genoa. With its monumental fountain, it represents the Agora Genoa dar.

On the occasion of the Christopher Columbus celebration in 1992, the square was a large area restored, but without departing from the concept, from 1936, by the architect Giuseppe Crosa di Vergagni for the fountain.

From Piazza de Ferrari go to some of the main streets of Genoa from ( for example, the Via XX Settembre towards Levante ). The course itself is situated on a slight hill and is by the historic old town (Centro Storico ) from the marina Porto Antico separately. Toward Ponente (west) it opens in the Nobel streets of Via Roma and Via XXV Aprile. On this side, the Carlo Felice Opera House is also located.
