The Rivière Picanoc is a right tributary of the Rivière Gatineau in the Outaouais administrative region of the Canadian province of Quebec.

The Rivière Picanoc originates 10 km southeast of Lac Usborne in the small lake Lac Head. He initially flows south to Lac à la Loutre. This he relies on its northern shore, and now flows in a northeasterly direction further. Finally, the Rivière Picanoc hits south of Gracefield, the main town of the regional county municipality of La Vallée- de -la- Gatineau, on the flowing southward Rivière Gatineau. The Rivière Picanoc has a length of 85 km.
