Piccata

Piccata is a term used in Italian cuisine and refers to a cut, small disc which is usually breaded and fried in the further preparation.

In the preparation of meat obtained per slice an average weight of 30-40 grams. For Piccata (eg pork, beef, poultry) can also be used fish ( eg salmon ) and even vegetables (such as zucchini, squash, eggplant ) except meat
