Pico dos Dias Observatory

The Observatório do Pico dos Dias ( OPD ) is an observatory of the Laboratório Nacional de Astrofísica of Brazil. It is located in southern Minas Gerais, 37 km from Itajubá.

The observatory has three mirror telescopes. The largest has a diameter of 1.6 m, and was opened in 1981. The other two have a diameter of 60 cm.
