Piergiorgio Odifreddi

Piergiorgio Odifreddi ( born July 13, 1950 in Cuneo, Piedmont ) is an Italian mathematician, logician and historian of science. The general public, he is known as an author and essayist who deals critically with the tension between science and religion.

Odifreddi studied in Turin and taught in Italy and in the USA. He sat down critically and Antonino Zichichi. Odifreddi considered as a committed speaker and is often compared because of its ideas with Richard Dawkins.
