Pierre -Ambroise Bosse (born 11 May 1992, Nantes ) is a French athlete who specializes in the 800 -meter run.

Sports career

Bosse was 2010 French junior champion over 800 meters and finished at the Junior World Championships in Moncton eighth. At the Junior European Championships 2011 in Tallinn, he won the gold medal in the same year and was second at the French Championships.

2012 won bosses at the national championships and celebrated his hitherto most significant international success by winning the bronze medal at the European Championships in Helsinki. At the Olympic Games in London, he missed the final. The following year he was his role as favorite in the U23 European Championships and won the gold medal. Shortly thereafter, he increased his personal best in the 800 -meter run at 1:43,76 minutes, which he advanced in the eternal French leaderboard to second place behind the two-time European champion Mehdi Baala. At the World Championships in Moscow, he placed seventh.
