Pierre Bismuth

Pierre Bismuth ( b. 1963 in Neuilly -sur -Seine ) is a French cameraman, painter and writer who is not with Michel Gondry and Charlie Kaufman wrote the screenplay for the romantic drama Remember my! (2004) has been awarded several prizes.

Biography

Bismuth, a London based artist and cinematographer, studied at the École nationale supérieure des arts Décoratifs de Paris ( ENSAD ). As a painter, he created images series with titles like From Red to Nothing and From Green to Something Else, Something less, Something More ( 2002-2006 ) and Replaced by the Same ( 2003). Some of his paintings are on display at the Musée d'Art Moderne Grand -Duc Jean in Luxembourg.

In addition, he did not write with Michel Gondry and Charlie Kaufman screenplay to forget my! and was awarded the Oscar for Best Original Screenplay at the Academy Awards 2005. In addition, three Bram Stoker Award received for Best Screenplay, the Online Film Critics Society Awards for Best Original Screenplay, as well as the price of the Writers Guild of America (WGA Award) for Best Original Screenplay.
