Pietro Gandolfi

Pietro Gandolfi (* April 21, 1987 in Parma ) is an Italian racing driver.

Career

Gandolfi began his motorsport career in karting in 2000, where he was active until 2004. In 2005, he debuted in the winter series of the Italian Formula Renault in Formula racing. In 2006 he took part in the regular championship of the Italian Formula Renault in five races. In 2007 he moved to Emmebi Motorsport in the Swiss Formula Renault and stayed for two seasons in this championship. After rank 21 in his first season, he was 26th in the Drivers' Championship in 2008.

In 2009 he moved to the revived FIA Formula 2 Championship. Gandolfi was the entire season with no points and finished at the end of the season with a 14th place as best result last place in the drivers' standings. 2010 Gandolfi was active in any racing series.
