Pihtla Parish
Pihtla ( German: Picht Dahl ) is a rural municipality in the Estonian Saare County with an area of 228.11 km ². It has 1486 inhabitants ( 2006).
Pihtla lies to the east of the island's capital, Kuressaare. The oldest town of the community, the village Püha, was first mentioned in 1449.
