According to the census in 2010, 375 770 people lived in Pinal County. There were 61 364 households, and 45,225 families. The population density was 13 people per square kilometer. The racial the population was made up of 70.42 percent White, 2.76 percent African American, 7.81 percent Native American, 0.60 percent Asian, 0.08 percent of residents from the Pacific Islander and 15.66 percent from other races groups; 2.67 percent were descended from two or more races. 29.86 percent of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
Of the 61 364 households out of which 29.8 percent have children under the age of 18 living with them. 56.9 percent were married couples living together, 11.5 percent were single mothers, 26.3 percent were non-families. 21.1 percent of all households and 9.2 percent had someone living alone at the age of 65 years or older. The average household size was 2.68 and the average family size was 3.09.
Based on the county the population was spread from 25.1 percent population under 18 years, 8.7 percent between 18 and 24 years, 27.3 percent between 25 and 44 years, 22.7 percent between 45 and 64 years and 16.2 percent were 65 years old or older. The average age was 37 years. For every 100 females there were 114.2 males to 100 females age 18 and over, there were 117.0 males.

The per capita income was $ 16,025. 16.9 percent of the population and 12.1 percent of families are below the poverty line. 25.5 percent of those under age 18 and 8.7 percent were 65 years or older.
