Ping An Finance Centre
The Pingan International Finance Center (Chinese平安 国际 金融 中心/平安 国际 金融, Pinyin Ping'an Guoji Jinrong Zhongxin ) is a skyscraper under construction in the district of Futian of Shenzhen, the neighboring city of Hong Kong in the Chinese province of Guangdong.
The planned by the renowned architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox complex will comprise two skyscrapers. The main building will be the second tallest building in the world after the 828 -meter Burj Khalifa in Dubai with a projected total height of 660 meters. It would also be by far the tallest building in the city and would surpass the Shanghai Tower when it is completed. 115 should follow floors with offices and a hotel on the square plan, the highest of which is planned to approximately 555 meters. In addition, the building is narrowing from all sides, and finally conclude with a kind of mandrels. At the highest levels observation deck and restaurants are provided. The observation deck would be even higher than those of the Burj Khalifa and about as high as those on the Mecca Royal Clock Tower Hotel. Construction
After the construction of a 500 meter-high skyscraper in this area of the city by the owner, the insurance company Ping An Insurance, was planned already in 2009, the end of 2010 began the early work on its premises. At the beginning of 2012 first foundation works have been made and installed two construction cranes in the spring. In March 2013, the construction was interrupted for a short time, but then resumed after a few days.
With the execution of the work, the company is China Construction First Building Group Corporation Ltd.. entrusted. According to current plans, the work is expected to be completed about 2016.
