Pinsetter

Pinsetter or Pinspotter ( German: pinsetter ) is a system vornehmens bowling, collecting pins and resurgence is in order. Latest pinsetter function via a clamp system.

Clamp system

In pliers system, there are not only 10 but 20 Pliers This means that in one machine can run 30 pins and thus a faster ChangePIN is guaranteed. The 30 pins in the machine are divided into three areas. The first 10 pins are available on the web and are ready to be knocked over. The next 10 pins are the pliers ( or hopper ) and waiting to be driven down. The last 10 pins are the ones that are waiting to go into the pliers.

Position

As soon as the first ball was pushed and still are some pins, caliper assembly moves down and engages the remaining pins with the lowest forceps, while the forceps already holds about the pins for the next round. The machine pulls the pins facing up and the pusher pushes the fallen, still lying on the track pins to the back of the elevator, which they later promoted back into the pliers. After the second throw the tongs also goes back down, but does not intervene on the pins but goes back up. The pusher pushes the pins from the last second throw to the rear. Now the pliers goes back down and tilts the higher-than- second pliers pins in the standing position and let it go. Now they are again ready to be knocked over.

Ball return

Each bowling ball needs a return which carries the balls so-called back to the front. This system works like this: the ball does not fit in the elevator as it rolls, behind the scenes, in a lying at the side hole. As soon as it rolls into the hole, she rolled before a catapult, which returns the ball at a high speed. So rushes the ball before the ball tray. Before the bale it is decelerated and brought to the conveyor belt, which is located in the housing of the bale to get back on the ball table called and can now be used again.
