Piotr Lachert

Piotr Lachert ( born September 5, 1938 in Warsaw) is a Polish composer, pianist and poet.

Piotr Lachert lived and worked in Warsaw, Paris, Hanover, Brussels and in Pescara (Italy) and was professor of piano at the conservatory in Brussels, at the Music High School in Warsaw and the Accademia Musicale Pescarese. Piotr Lachert conducted numerous master classes. In 1977 he participated in the Belgian nationality.

Lachert composed more than 200 works, mainly concertos, sonatas, chamber music, musical theater, study and teaching music.

In 2007, the " Lachert Foudation Brussels ", called for the promotion of his musical and literary work into existence.
