Pissaladière
The Pissaladière is a kind of onion and a specialty of Nice, which is spread beyond the city in southern France and in Italy.
On a dough similar to pizza next to sliced onion also called Pissalat, feinpürierte anchovies, spread, plus a large number of black olives.
The Pissaladière was prepared fresh on the market and at many levels in the urban area daily and sold.
