Plácido Domingo

José Plácido Domingo Embil [ plaθiðo Domingo ], KBE ( born January 21, 1941 in Madrid) is a world-famous Spanish opera singer (tenor ) and conductor. He was next to José Carreras and Luciano Pavarotti in the Three Tenors. Since the darkening of his voice he sings increasingly baritone roles.
