Planck Point is a streamer -like, snow-covered elevation on the northern side of the Splettstößer glacier in the West Antarctic Heritage Range. Approximately 18.5 kilometers northeast lies the Landmark Peak.

It is named Planck point of a geological expedition of the University of Minnesota who explored the area in the summer of 1963/64. They named the collection after Russell E. Planck, the " crew chief " of a helicopter of the 62nd Transportation Detachment of the United States Army, who had helped the expedition.
