Platinum Dunes

Platinum Dunes is a film production company. It was founded by the producer Michael Bay, Andrew Form and Brad Fuller in 2003, to predominantly produce remakes of successful horror films of the 1970s. The first two productions of the company, the remakes of Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Amityville Horror played, a worldwide each more than $ 100 million.

Platinum Dunes was on 27 May 2010 known will produce the reboot of the comic book adaptation Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, so it would be the first non- horror film for Platinum Dunes. The film is set in the United States on June 6, 2014.
