Plattenburg

Plate castle is a municipality and district Prignitz (Brandenburg). Factor was the name which is in the municipality Wasserburg castle plate. The community board castle was built in 2001 by the merger of eight communities that previously belonged to the existing 1992 to 2001 Office disk castle. This office was not the legal successor of the older Electoral Brandenburg Office disk castle and had a different territorial blank.

Geographical location

The community board castle is bordered to the north by the city pearl mountain and the town of Gross Pankow ( Prignitz ), to the east by the municipality Gumtow, on the southeast by the towns Kyritz and Neustadt ( Dosse), to the south by the state of Saxony -Anhalt and on the west by the office Bad Wilsnack / ways.

The community board castle is divided according to the main statutes in eight districts with 14 parts of the municipality:

History

The community board castle was only on 31 December 2001 from the voluntary merger of the previously independent municipalities Bendelin, Glöwen, Hoppenrade, Kleinow, Kletzke, Krampfer, Netzow and Viesecke. These communities were previously under the administration of the Office disk castle. The history of the community is thus the story of the eight districts today.

Official plate castle

The Minister of the Interior of Brandenburg was on 31 July 1992 its approval for the formation of the Office disk castle. At the time of the conclusion of the Office August 10, 1992 has been set. The Office was based in Kletzke and consisted of the municipalities Bendelin, Glöwen, Kleinow, Kletzke, Krampfer, Netzow, Viesecke and Hoppenrade which at that time belonged to the circles pearl mountain and injection Walk. Demographics

Historical monuments
