Description

The moths reach a wingspan of 14-17 millimeters. They have light gray or pale ocher yellow colored front wing on which three, step-like offset brown or gray- brown longitudinal lines are visible. The wing outer edge is fringed long and at the edge of a darker color than the longitudinal strokes. The sensors have three dark rings near the tip.

The beads are usually approximately 10 mm long, but there is also a variation is only about eight millimeters long. They have a yellow -green color ( yellow-brown variation ) and the thorax the sides have a slightly grayish tinge. This can be seen particularly in the yellow-brown variant. On the body, numerous small dark points are distributed and on the back runs a slightly dark longitudinal line. You have loosely distributed dark hair.
