PMMP

PMMP is a Finnish pop / rock (music ) band consisting of the two singers Paula Vesala and Mira Luoti and Mikko Virta, Juho Vehmanen and Heikki Kytölä on the instruments. With songs like Rusketusraidat from their debut album Kuulkaas Enot! They had great success.

The band's name is an abbreviation of the phrase " Paulan yes Miran Molemmat Puolet ", the "Both sides of Paula and Mira " means in German. In an interview in the Finnish Chat Show Krisse show they said that the band's name is composed of the initial letters of the members are PMMP Paula, Mira, Mira, Paula.

History

Paula Vesala and Mira Luoti got to the Popstars casting 2002 know. Both dropped out just before the final. Thereupon, they decided to form a band themselves. Other band members are Juho, Mikko and Heikki. In summer 2003, appeared under the name PMMP the debut single " Rusketusraidat ", which became a huge hit in Finland.
