PocketStudio

Pocket Studio is an integrated development environment for Palm OS and Garnet OS. The software is an international project which is a joint development of Pocket Technologies Inc. (USA ) together with winsoft (Slovakia ) and Brazilian developers. It is in many ways similar to the open-source IDE and Lazarus to popular Delphi for Windows. The visual programming environment contains, and others, a form designer, object inspector and a code editor.

As a programming language Pascal dialect is used, which is adjusted by specific extensions to the peculiarities of the Palm OS.

To debug the Palm OS emulator POSE or the Garnet OS Simulator are integrated. Pocket Studio runs under Windows. The software generates PRC files that are transferred to the Palm, the HotSync or can be distributed on the Internet or on disk.
