Poeppel Corner

The Poeppel Corner -26 138 ( in Queensland also: Poeppel Corner) is a point in the Australian outback, where the borders of the states of Queensland and South Australia, and the Northern Territory meet, a triangle in terms of the states of Australia. Like the other three three-country corner of Australia is also this point only with all-wheel drive vehicles accessible.

Augustus Poeppel, after this point is named, led in the 1880s by surveys to find out exactly what the state borders within Australia ..
