Pol ( Pol also Congo, Pomo, Pori and Pul ) is a Bantu language and is spoken by about 44,100 people in Cameroon and the Republic of Congo.
In Cameroon pole is spoken by approximately 38,700 people in the districts of Haut- Nyong and Lom -et- Djerem in the province Est. In the Republic of Congo, it is spoken by about 5400 people in the region north of Ouesso Sangha.
Classification
Pol is a Northwest Bantu language and forms with the languages and Kako Kako Kwakum the group that is classified as Guthrie Zone A90.
She has the dialects AZoM (also Pori Asom and Asom ), Bobili, Dondi, Mambaya and Pori Kinda ( well kinda ).
